If you have filed an iPhone Theft and Loss claim, don’t remove the iPhone from your trusted devices until your claim has been fully approved.

Select your device, scroll down and select Remove from account. Remove your iPhone or iPad from your trusted devices: Sign in to, then choose Devices from the sidebar.Contact your wireless network provider to report your missing iPhone and ask them to disable your account if your iPhone is covered under your wireless network provider plan, file a claim as well.Note: To share your location from another device, open Find My on the device. Follow the onscreen steps if you want your contact information to be displayed on your missing device or item. Outlook Changes to your sticky notes from other devices will be synced to your notes in Outlook on the desktop. Choose to share your location for One Hour, Until End of Day, or Share Indefinitely. Enter the name or phone number of the person that you want to share your location with. Scroll down to Mark As Lost or Lost Mode and select Activate or Enable. Open the Find My app and select the People tab. Open the Find My app and choose the Devices tab or the Items tab. If your iPhone is covered by AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss, file a claim for an iPhone replacement. Mark your device as lost or turn on Lost Mode for your item.

Remotely erase your iPhone or iPad: If you have access to a trusted device or a family member’s device, erase your device with Find My.Select Password and follow the instructions. Change your Apple ID password: Sign in to, then choose Sign-in and Security from the sidebar.
